Fee for users who do not have an active subscription with RealNex.
Assist Clients with:
1) Installation of the desktop |
Server, set-up and configuration
- Setting up RealNex Live Sync.
- Connect and Sync Outlook (Only
32-bit version of Outlook is
supported. If 64-bit version is
installed, this will need to be
uninstalled and the 32- bit installed
prior to the appointment)

- Guidance on data import.
2) Confirming data sync and access in
the Cloud and on the mobile.
(Hybrid Clients Only).
3) Scheduling for the Cloud On-
Boarding.
4) Scheduling training for the RealNex Desktop | Server.
